Project Manager
Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support the legislative branch of Congress as they prepare for and execute a transition. Specifically, you will be part of the IT Customer Service team and manage key projects with stakeholders to ensure successful completion of tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple projects, using Agile techniques and Click-up tool to ensure effective cost, schedule, milestones, resources, and technical requirements are achieved
- Work with the PMO Lead to ensure consistent management approach across all cybersecurity projects.
- Lead all aspects of communication, across a variety of stakeholders.
- Support the development, documentation, and monitoring of cybersecurity program areas and processes and their alignment with overall organizational initiatives.
- Monitor and report the progress of project activity within the program, including significant milestones, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Recommend approaches or methods to collect data from various functions to provide a programmatic view into the status and progress of all the projects within the Cybersecurity program.
- Consult with customers to discuss functional requirements and translate these requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop positive relationships with the customer, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain, maximize, and optimize the organization’s collaboration tool and central repository.
- Coordinate and work project tasks and responsibilities with PMO personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of IT project management experience
- PMP Certification OR must be obtained within 3 months of joining TDI.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience supporting project management initiatives within a cybersecurity environment, applying information security principles and techniques
- Knowledge of industry-standard and organizationally accepted analysis principles and methods, capabilities, and requirements analysis, and creating process workflows.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, handling multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Agile project management experience
