If you're an opportunity-driven leader, deal closer, and relationship builder with a passion for winning high-impact defense contracts, this is the role for you. Significant experience in the Air Force or Army is a plus.

As a trusted cybersecurity solutions provider, TDI specializes in Cybersecurity Performance Management (CPM), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Cyber Engineering & Operations (E&O). Our CPM and HyPerRMF frameworks, supported by our proprietary cybersecurity product, CnSight®, are changing the game in risk visibility and compliance. You should have deep, established relationships within the U.S. Navy and, ideally, strong connections in the Air Force or Army as well. Your ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, align them with TDI’s capabilities, and position our solutions for success will set you apart. Your interpersonal and negotiation skills will be key as you engage customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders. You should be highly comfortable presenting to senior executives, technical teams, and government agencies, demonstrating expertise and confidence in every conversation.

  • Hands-on experience leading capture strategies, teaming agreements, and proposal development
  • Expertise in full BD lifecycle processes and ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously
  • Established history of forming and maintaining strategic industry partnerships
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
