Full Stack Developer
Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customers from increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age.
TDI is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will support the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) program delivering mission-focused software capabilities for DISA. This role develops, tests, and maintains secure, reliable applications across the full technology stack (front-end, APIs/services, and data). A Full stack developer should be able to switch between front-end and back-end development based on requirements and help the team prototype rapidly when needed.
This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Java application development using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Front-end development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and API development using RESTful services, ESB, and message queues.
- CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development and implementation using Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and related DevOps tools.
- AWS infrastructure provisioning and management, including VPCs, subnets, Availability Zones, firewalls, NACLs, Security Groups, and hybrid connectivity.
- AWS application development using services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, and Directory Services.
- DevOps and automated testing tools, including GitLab, JFrog Artifactory or similar repositories, Selenium, Leapwork, and related technologies.
- SDLC and change management, including development and documentation of branching strategies, troubleshooting/debugging, code reviews, and resolution of technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Secure software development practices, including coding and testing standards, threat modeling, fuzz testing, static code analysis, security scanning, and code reviews.
- Security Operations process development and improvement, including creation and maintenance of SOPs, playbooks, and work instructions, with effectiveness measured through metrics and KPIs.
- Requirements and feasibility analysis to evaluate user needs, software requirements, technical design, timelines, and cost constraints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active TS clearance and SCI eligible with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of directly relevant technical experience. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and modifying standalone application software.
- 5+ years of software development experience in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience working in AWS cloud and virtualized infrastructure environments.
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Ansible, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Proficiency in full-stack development technologies, including Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, jQuery, Bootstrap, REST APIs, JSON, XML, HTML/CSS, and Visual Studio.
- Extensive experience with application development, API integration/development, and scripting languages.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, including source code management and repositories such as GitLab.
