TDI is seeking an experienced Automation Specialist with strong automation skills to join our dynamic team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven systems to automate complex business processes using Postal tools. This includes Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).  The role demands expertise in system architecture, workflow design, writing code/scripts, and building processes using Postal tools in a hybrid on-prem Windows/Unix/Linux and cloud-based environment. Candidates must be able to collaborate across CISO Security, and CIO teams to automate workflows, ensure data integrity, data accuracy, and support mission-critical operations. Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow, and an RPA platform is required. Occasional off-hours or weekend efforts may be needed for automation implementation, maintenance, upgrades, and support may be required.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Solution Design & Development: Create, configure, and deploy automated systems combining AI, machine learning, RPA bots, Microsoft Power Tools, Databricks, and Splunk.
  • Process Analysis: Understand and analyze repetitive, time-consuming business processes to determine recommended automation solution using Postal tools.
  • Technical Implementation: Write and update code, build custom scripts, integrate AI models into existing infrastructure like Splunk, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Power Tools.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure system scalability.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT and CISO stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and align automation with organizational goals. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5 years of experience in IT/cyber, 3 years of experience in automation. AI is a nice to have for this role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, a related field, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Exposure to network security or cybersecurity
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Programming: Proficiency in scripting, Python, and Java, or R.
  • Technology Stack: Experience with AI/ML libraries, low-code/no-code tools, Microsoft Power Tools, Splunk, Databricks, SharePoint, Okta automation, ServiceNow ticket generation, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze large datasets, leveraging multiple tools, to uncover patterns for process optimization.  Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data ingestion and parsing issues.
  • Process Management: Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and workflow optimization.
